Armoury provides replacement, repair, or product swap services between you and Armoury for identified defective products within the applicable warranty period depends on product conditions.
Applicable Products and Terms of Warranty
This limites warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from below specific conditions.
- Armoury Gaming Memory
Armoury Gaming Memory is covered by a lifetime warranty commencing from the date of purchase.
- Armoury Gaming SSD
Armoury Gaming SSD is covered by a five-year warranty commencing from the date of purchase.
Customers eligible for warranty service
Product warranty applies to all customers who purchased Armoury products through authorized agents.
How to claim product warranty
- Please contact the local reseller where the purchase was made for help.
- Or you may make a Warranty Service Request on Armoury Technical Support webpage,
- your warranty service will be provided by Armoury headquarter.
- In this case, the cost of transportation and relevant insurance for the delivery of the Product to Armoury shall be paid by you, and we will pay for the return.
Limitation of warranty
Armoury product warranty does not cover any damage that results from below specific conditions.
- Malfunction of products results from improper installation accident, natural disaster, artificial operation.
- Un-authorized disassembly, repair or modification/program of Memory Module SPD or SSD firmware.
- Warranty label, laser tag or identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed.
- Serial number of products does not match or be damaged or not clear enough to identify.
Disclaimer
When clients claim product warranty especially storage product like SSD, WARRIOR shall not be liable for any damages and/or loss of data stored in products, it is your responsibility to back-up valuable data. Armoury shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost occurred during the delivery of in-warranty products.
